Finn’s Neighborhood Pub is located in historic Downtown Manhattan, KS and resides in a building with a rich history of over 157 years. The bar, with it’s current layout, was originally established in 1991 as the Gin Mill by Doug Long. It was purchased in March of 1995 by Greg and Marcia Finn and was given its new name, Finn’s Pub, in 2005. The pub was then sold to the current owners, Tanya and Satish Ram on September 16, 2017, who had previously worked in the bar for over 14 years at that point. They updated the bar’s name to Finn’s Neighborhood Pub at that time.

Now, with eleven beers on tap and repeating weekly events, Finn’s offers more entertainment and product than ever before. It serves as your home away from home to anyone who walks through our doors. A friendly neighborhood type bar. The night staff were both courteous and chatty regarding the local area and local football. I learned plenty from the staff at Fiinn's. When I return to Manhattan, KS, in January, I will be sure to return to Finn's
Don't know if they have food, so I scored them a three (neutral). Went there for karaoke, which was a blast!
Finn's is a true Pub not a bar especially during the day. Regulars can be found there watching Wheel of Fortune, Shooting Pool and watching the NFL. It is common for folks to bring a Pizza in from AJs or another restaurant and shate with friends. Usually they have about 10 beers on tap and experienced staff that normally have years of bar experience.
Finn's Pub offers a cozy vibe with a small but tasty selection of bar snacks. While there's no formal menu, the friendly staff ensures you'll find something to complement your drinks. A laid-back spot for a casual evening with good company.
Easily the best bar in the entire area. Great drink prices, great staff, great drink options. It’s always an exciting and fun filled atmosphere. Always a great go to bar. Darts, pool, cut 2 win machine, basketball machine and a golf game machine. 10/10 the best place to be in the area! Been coming here since 2016
There’s nothing but amazing things I can say about Finn’s. The staff, the atmosphere, the overall comfort. This bar is a place that makes you feel like you’re at home. I will always recommend EVERYONE to come here.

I love Finn's! There's a great vibe there. It's one of the most welcoming places in Manhattan. There are prize games (like a claw machine and cut-to-win), darts, pool, and different events like trivia, karaoke, and open mic night throughout the week. Wanna watch sports? There's several TVs for that. No kitchen, but not to worry! Finn's lets you bring in your own noms, and a lot of places offering delivery will deliver there.
Great service and very comfortable atmosphere! Drinks are quite tasty and they always go all out for holiday decorations!! Definitely recommend!

I gave them 5 stars for food because while they don't have a kitchen (just bar snacks), they don't mind if you bring in whatever food you like from elsewhere!
Finn’s is the place I go when I want to leave the house but still feel like I’m at home. Has the best snacks to keep me full all night trueing dart league, karaoke, or trivia. Best bar out there in the hat, especially for townies. It’s a true GEM! And the folks who work there? Some of the coolest cats out there. Like everyone’s their friend that walks in. You’ll always have a fun time here.
